GERD-suggest alternative to PPIs

Asked for Male, 41 Years

Sir/Madam.Suffering with GERD for the last 7 years.PPI(Neksium) works effectively for me.But fear to continue to use PPI due to it's side effects.Pls advice.

Hi, you need further evaluation and a upper GI SCOPY too define the grade and depending upon that, the best solution is Laparoscopic Nissan Fundoplication if really required.
