Germs in child stool
My son (2.5yr) is suffering from itching so while checking we found germs in his stool because of that he is suffering from it. what to do for this?

Get stool routine test done to know which worm infestation is there  Give worms medicine that is syrup Zentel 10ml night single dose today and repeat after 15 days same 10ml. It can be repeated after 6 months. Give boiled and cooked water to drink and avoid outside food.
