Depends on if it’s acute or had been for few days. If it’s acute you should immediately get an ECG and Troponin. It’s also important to see doctor preferably a cardiologist. If it’s been than you can get an echo and TMT also after doctor consultation. Some cause pain may need Chest x Ray as well and further evaluation if any abnormality
