Getting nervous while urinating
I am able to urinate finely at home but whenever I am outside I become nervous and anxious and the urine stream does not start

It's because of anxiety. Start practicing meditation and exercises /yoga. If you don't see improvement after 2weeks then you should consult a psychiatrist for detail discussion and evaluation so that root cause can be identified and accordingly treatment can be suggested. All the best
