GGT level high(110)
Hi...My GGT level is up to 110. I have no symptom and didn't take any med or supplement. As I read through the internet I start taking more green leaf vege, fresh fruits, avoid red meat, avocado and drank water 3l/day. Doest it help or any med I can take to correct it? I need to repeat my blood test next Monday. Tq

Dear Ma'am, Very Good evening.  Who told you that your GCT is not normal.  I think you have been misguided. Your range of blood sugar during a GCT, should be less than 130 to 140 mg/ dl, & your value is 110 mg/dl which is absolutely normal and no additional test is required.  Stop taking those above mentioned measures,, when your GCT, is absolutely normal and requires no treatment. Eat healthy food, but in a certain limit. In india, especially there is a Very deep problem, people start surfing the google, rather then trusting your Doctor. Please don't ignore this. And never rely on any information written on google, which themselves say it. If you have any queries, simply ask your qualified doctor. Take care. Regards.
