Hi ,your symptoms may be due to high blood pressure,kindly get routine blood investigations and urine albuminsugar done to rule out hypertension.Such changes may be due to changing physiology of body
It may be due to multivitamins and iron tablets which could be easily managed by changing the brand of medicine
Next Steps
continue regular follow up with your gynaecologist and tell her your problems in detail.
monitor your blood pressure and other parameters
check for any swelling in feet, headache or other signs
take iron tablets with orange juice or nimbu paani(vit c)
Relax and do not worry as it could impact the child.

In some women this is normal during pregnancy. But this occuring at 31 weeks is rather unusual.
Please follow basic precautions;
Have small meals more frequently.
Don't lie down immediately after eating.
You must walk for about half hour after dinner.
You should be in upright position after any meal.
You should drink plenty of plain water.
Go slow on tea and coffee and spicy food.
