I am male,37 years old , height 5'11 , weight 89 kgs ,bp tablet using tazloc beta 50 ,I am using laptop and mobile more time, from last 10 days unable to walk outside and eye pain ,I have less sleep.water coming from eyes.

Follow 20 20 20 rule for dryness ,strain ,burning of eyes and headache.
• after every 20 minutes while working on screen look at 20 feet distance for 20 seconds blink more.
• Use bluecut spectacles while working on screen
• Take adequate rest.
Can use lubricating eyedrops
