Giddiness and eye pain
I am male,37 years old , height 5'11 , weight 89 kgs ,bp tablet using tazloc beta 50 ,I am using laptop and mobile more time, from last 10 days unable to walk outside and eye pain ,I have less sleep.water coming from eyes. Getting giddiness How to reduce this problem please suggest me

Follow 20 20 20 rule for dryness ,strain ,burning of eyes and headache. • after every 20 minutes while working on screen look at 20 feet distance for 20 seconds blink more. • Use bluecut spectacles while working on screen • Take adequate rest. Can use lubricating eyedrops

Minimize screen time. While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. consult sos

Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination

Pl hydrate yourself.pl take adequate sleep. Pl take care balanced diet. Pl do Eye exercises, yoga, meditation and pranayama. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
