23 is not normal eye pressure. Please get your eyes checked esp a glaucoma work up is necessary at this juncture.
Your Dr will let you know if you need any medicine or just a regular follow up depending upon the status of your optic nerves. Your BP and Blood sugar levels should also be checked.
