Glaucoma in left eye
Doc suspected Glaucoma but it was negative in the field test. what precautions should I take? how often should I test it?

Apart from IOP and field charting and fundus examination you can get the Oct done. It may help to detect the initial damage of nerve fibre layer ,if any.
