Glucose on blood test is 103 do you think that's cause for concern ? Diabetes runs in my immediate family and mother and grandmother both were type 2

if your fasting blood glucose is 103 then you have impaired fasting glucose and your future risk of develpoing diabetes is high.
you should consult a good diabetologist in your area for what you need to do for pevention.
