Please do beta HCG level one day after missing a period. If you have very irregular periods then you should consult a Gynaecologist as a personal consultation.

Irrespective of the date of intercourse a pregnancy test either blood or urine can be done 24 hours after a missed period
if you have a 30 days cycle
in case of irregular period it can be done on day 37 counting from day one of the periods
