Got bit by a dog. Need help.
I got bit by a dog day to day before yesterday. It's my pet. 8 year old Golden retriever who's got all his vaccinations done. Category 3 bite.
To be safe, I got myself vaccinated again. With Rabipur day zero and tetanus. I've also had a shit of immunoglobulin.
Need advice now, as the hospital told me to not cover the wound. Should I cover it. And the second, I'm getting yellow colour in my right hand. Where he's bitten me.
Please help. I'm super scared.

Yes don't cover wound . In my opinion you must take at least three doses of Anti rabbies injection .. if you have more wound take advise of physician if it require anti biotic

If ur pet is already vaccinated n u hv taken all the precautions don't worry at all.
