Gout issue
Hi Would like to know vegetables, fruits and vegetarian food that needs to be avoided and to be taken for gout issue. We eat only vegetarian, but not sure why this issue occurs. Thanks in advance.

Hello dear don't worry Take Apple Cider vinegar 1 tsf in 1 glass of water, Take blue berries Cherries pumpkin seeds, fibers rich simple food, Take, plenty of water, seasonal fruits and vegetables coconut water pomegranate juice watermelon etc
