Grade 3 Varicocele without surgery
I have grade 3 Varicocele in my left testis. Please tell me is there any cure for that without surgery.

In 3rd grade vericocele,  dont be confused sir... U need to undergo surgery... Thats the best option... And do check for semen analysis test regularly after 3 months
