My grandma who is of 65yrs is having diabetes and high bp sometimes chest pain she was under dynaglipt m and zolahart 40 medication we changed from zolahart to prolomet xl 25 by mistake but now she has no pain so can we give her prolomet xl instead of zolahart

No, don't change antihypertensive without proper prescription and evaluation. Because both of them are different class of drugs having different role in management of HTN. Kindly take a consultation for detailed evaluation and management.
