Hi, green stools can be normal in a small baby . It's because of decrease transit time of food in intestine. Due to small transit time of food the bile which is released from gallbladder is not able to separate fully. This results in green stools. Also, there is no need to give any Gripe water to child. Till 6 months of age only breast feeding should be given to child because it is easily digestible and results in increased immunity of child. Open YouTube application on mobile and search dr. Please stop giving gripe water etc. It's really not required. Also completely empty one breast before switching over to another. Receiving only foremilk can also cause baby to have green stools
