Groin pain
I am having sever pain in my groin not able to walk with my left fit . Totally on bed as it's a extream pain when I put pressure on my left hip and pain like radiation .. Hlb27 negative .. earlier pain is only on hip now when I start walking not able to move as extream pain coming inner thigh and groin

Hey there! Did you face any accident? You have lumbar lordotic curvature straightening. This causes improper positioning of pelvic bone causing groin pain.
Next Steps
Firstly to reduce pain try relaxation using warm towel wrapping over area. start doing lumbo-sacral exercises post check up and pain reduction. consult me.

Take proper rest, apply ice pack twice or thrice a day, consult nearby physiotherapist as you need to stretch a little the hamstrings to reduce the pain.

Could be a pelvic dysfunction or a labral injury. Or a combination of the two. Hard to advise treatment unless assessed. Please see a manual therapist

Apply ice packs wrapped in towel at affected site for 10 min 3-4 times a day. Rest. Use pillow between thighs for relaxation effect. Latter Hamstring wall stretch, hip adductor stretch can be done
