Hello, up to 125 no worry than u are at borderline of dm.n ppbs2 after two hours is normal no dm2 ok.

FBS of 100 to 125mg/dl is considered as pre diabetes condition. Your GTT results are also positive for diabetes along with excessive urination, excessive consumption of food and excessive consumption of water are signs suggestive of diabetes as well.
I would advise you to meet a diabetologist at the earliest and have the diabetes controlled at the earliest.
