Gum infection
Hi.. I have a problem with gums. My symptoms are swelling and bleeding. I have a gap in between my front teeth and gums formed In between the gap..but its not painful. I consulted a dentist. He told me that I have gum infection. They done deep cleaning and suggested gums treatment costs 5500rs.. Can i go to treatment after some months.. ? Is there any damage caused by late ? Is it curable with traement or do I need surgery ?

You need to visit dentist atleast twice a year. You are suffering from periodontitis which is not completely curable. But if you can maintain very good oral hygiene, then progression of disease can stop. Better you visit to a periodontist.

Gingivitis,  go for  thorough oral prophylaxis, and proper brushing technique twice a day after meals. If still persists needs x ray and flap surgery.

Hi you have gingivitis that is inflammation of gum.. First treatment is normal cleaning with ultrasonic tip from a dentist which cost less.. If then problem not solved take an x ray  for further diagnosis  and do deep scaling Tip Have warm saline gargle Use rexidine M oilment in gums twice daily Use a mouth wash for one week

Hi no need to panic. First step will be a get a routine scaling done. See if the swelling and bleeding stops. If it still doesn't stop after a week or so. Get deep scaling done. It should ve done by a periodontist for best results.

Rinse your mouth with lukewarm water and salt. Twice a day.

Make sure deep scaling is done done by a periodontist. Treatment done sooner the better don't delay for a long time.
