You have plague and debris accumulated causing infection in gums ,condition is called gingivitis and if untreated will lead to loosening of teeth ,more inflammation bleeding while burshing your teeth etc. You require proper cleaning of teeth .Treatment offered 1. Scaling and polishing (normal cleaning ) 2 Curettage and root planning (deep cleaning for severe cases) Followed by maintenance therapy till your problem subside
