Hi, for evaluation of your problem xray is required.
From pic i can say that there is a cavity between two teeth because of cavity there is whole in gums which is called as sinus opening.

you have decay in your premolar tooth ,if its not that deep you may just need a filling but if it has infected the tooths blood supply then you may need root canal treatment along with cap.

You def have a deep cavity between the 2 teeth, and if u say u feel like a hole there, it must a sinus from where your pus is draining, there mite be an infection/pus with your tooth which has reached the bone n created a hole so that the pus can come out from there, this is an advance stage of infection, u mite need a root canal. but only an x ray and vISUAL examination can confirm that.

There is cavity between 2 teeth and both teeth seem to have deep caries.
Though the picture is not that clear but there seems to be a draining sinus (abscess) in gums.
Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray followed by treatment.
The disease is already in advanced stage. Do not neglect more.
