Gymming after Relex Smile surgery
Hi,
When can i start gymming after relex smile surgery ?
In order to be specific :
1. when can i start normal exercises ( without lifting weights) and
2. when can i start exercising ( with lifting weights).
Please advice and suggest. Thanks !

Hello
For simple exercises.. You can wait for Atleast 2-3weeks
For heavy exercise you have to wait for Atleast 2-3 months
