Gynocomastia problem
Hi, my blood report shows all the levels are normal ( testosterone, free testo, estrogen , prolactin etc). 75kgs and 176 cm height. I think I have gynocomastia, but not sure if it is pseudo or true. I do workout a lot. But is there any non surgical treatment available for this?

Gynecomastia often goes away without treatment in less than two years. Treatment may be necessary if gynecomastia doesn't improve on its own or if it causes significant pain, tenderness or embarrassment.
Next Steps
Mammogram of breasts to be done.
Health Tips
Medical treatments are available. Consult after investigations.

Gynecomastia needs to be further evaluated by physical examination and ultrasound for determining the grade. Surgery is the preferred option.

Non surgical treatment doesn’t work much . See a surgeon…and if it comes out to be gynaecomastia and symptomatic then it needs to be operated.
