Hello, Not to be constipated. No shard stool if hard stool, stool softener like cremafine pink three teaspoons at night till stool becomes soft. Tab unienzyme after lunch and dinner for ten to fifteen days. Cap ocid d before breakfast and dinner for seven to ten days.than redused to one before breakfast.if pain SEITZ BATH Sit in hot water filled in tub add four lids of betadin solution for ten to fifteen minutes two times a day for ten to fifteen days. Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. With finger LOCALLY APPLY ANOVATE OINTMENT on butthole than push inside anal cannal n apply all around properly on anal mucosa two times for three weeks. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.light diet almost blend with least oil n spices.salad before lunch and dinner.plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water butter milk etc. It's a RECURRENT PROSSESS so CONTROL YOUR TEMPTATION.ok.
