Hair Fall and thinning
Hi Doctor I have been doing masturbation over longer period but stopped it after November last year. My hair getting thinner day by day. They are falling from the front and have been experiencing dandruff and itching. I am using Clear shampoo and taking multivitamins on alternative days like Cod liver capsules, Evion 400 and Supradyn to stop hairfall and promotes hair growth. I have been donating blood since 2015. Please help me and guide me. Should I continue having multivitamins. Which one ( multivitamins) would you recommend. How to maintain healthy scalp. Any methods.

Not because of that.. You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Hello. You are suffering from androgenetic alopecia. Masturbation has no effect on hair loss. Continue multivitamins. Stop smoking and alcohol. Do regular exercise. Increase the protein intake. Please attach photos for further advice. Take online consultations for medications
