Hair fall plus allergy
Itchy scalp and hair fall.. have been suffering from allergy problem wherein my body starts itchin and boils appear which also disappear after sometime.. takin cutrizine or levocet tab since 2 years.. one tab can help for max 3days widout any itchin.. have also taken 3 antihistamine injection an year and half back for 3 weeks, injection per week.. kindly help me out.. also but in or irritation feelin on head while sleeping in the region comin in contact wid pillow..

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call urticaria. Common causes are food allergy, infection or drugs taken for some condition. It presents with itching resulting in formation of red rashes which we call hives or wheals. Although in most cases cause remains unknown in spite of a thorough search. It can be symptomatically treated with antihistamines so that you do not get any new hives. The treatment should be prolonged until it resolves which usually takes 1 to 6 months. In some cases like you, urticaria can persist for years.
