You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. You haven’t taken picture properly. May be there is a gr1 bilateral recession which can be treated well with the medicines at this age. There are many factors responsible for pattern hairloss. Need to know detail history to suggest any application or tablet.
