Hair loses ,hair thinning, hair damage

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Extreme hair loss,damage hair,no shine,very thinning,I want a solution! Before 5-6year I had a thicker and gorgeous hair! But nowadays I have extremely hair loss and hair damage problem! I had thyroid problem, and anemia, but I continue medicine! My nails are very week, and I have some rashes on my both of Arm! Pls suggest
