Hair problems, hair regrowth problem
Hi,
Hope you are doing well.
I am facing one issue that is my hair are not growth is stopped. I am having thin hair from my birth but now it falling to much, I am having somewhat bald at front of my head. I have taken a Blood test report also in that I was having less vitamin d and b12. Even I have started taking multi vitamin tablets by nutrilite. But it is not effect any thing. I also have whites patches near my back side of neck, and it is almost got spread to my back. One more thing, past one month, I got my period on time, but before that, I was also getting delayed in my period that is for 10 days. I am not able get why it is happening. Actually I am leaving in very rural area so cannot able to find a good doctor. Please help me with this. And suggest me something that will help.

Hello
For your hairfall, two probabilities are seen- Nutritional and hormonal
White patches do point towards nutritional deficiency and just taking B12/D3 alone might not help
Also PCOD to be ruled out because of thin hair and menstrual irregularities
