Hair problems, hair regrowth problem
Hi, Hope you are doing well. I am facing one issue that is my hair are not growth is stopped. I am having thin hair from my birth but now it falling to much, I am having somewhat bald at front of my head. I have taken a Blood test report also in that I was having less vitamin d and b12. Even I have started taking multi vitamin tablets by nutrilite. But it is not effect any thing. I also have whites patches near my back side of neck, and it is almost got spread to my back. One more thing, past one month, I got my period on time, but before that, I was also getting delayed in my period that is for 10 days. I am not able get why it is happening. Actually I am leaving in very rural area so cannot able to find a good doctor. Please help me with this. And suggest me something that will help.

Hello For your hairfall, two probabilities are seen- Nutritional and hormonal White patches do point towards nutritional deficiency and just taking B12/D3 alone might not help Also PCOD to be ruled out because of thin hair and menstrual irregularities You need to share more details and photographs to get proper root cause for your hair fall
