Postpartum hairfall is common and usually temporary. It's often due to the hormonal changes that occur after childbirth. Here are some steps and treatments to help manage and reduce hair fall : Supplements 1. Vitabel syrup : this syrup contains combination of vitamins and minerals. While it can be beneficial, it's important to consult before starting any new supplements to ensure its safe and appropriate for your situation. Dietary adjustments Balanced diet. (Proteins, iron, vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids) If the hair fall is severe and not improving, it's important to consult the doctor to rule out any underlying conditions such as thyroid issues or nutritional deficiencies. Consult a doctor will give you personalized advice and treatment options tailored to your specific needs.

Hairfall is not due to one single cause. There are many conditions which can cause extreme hair loss and thinning of hair on the scalp. So first and foremost we have to find the cause of hair fall with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes maybe nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia also called pattern baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Also one should refrain from home remedies as it does not give any relief from hairfall. Oil and shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin. Please contact me using online consultation for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
