Hair loss from the hairline or crown can occur due to many reasons, more commonly due to- - hormonal effect - nutrition  - lifestyle imbalance - stress - Medical conditions, fever The exact reason can be found out by taking detailed history and hair analysis .  Accordingly, anti hairloss medicines, hair specific multivitamins, lotions and gels are prescribed. Many non surgical external treatments are available that show good results and can prevent hair transplant. These are : Mesoporation with hair peptides Stemcell, Dermaroller PRP therapy etc.  Treatments are prescribed according to diagnosis. You can expect results in 6 to 8 months with a combination of these treatments.

Hello, If you have thin hair since birth then its more of genetic thing which can't be changed but you can still try supplements which would help you to maintain a good hair density and health Oiling would not help you as such and its not recommended if you have weak hair roots as massaging can cause breakage from its roots Combing is fine but use wide toothed comb so your hair doesn't get tangled as it can again lead to hair breakage
Next Steps
I would suggest you to take high protein diet and hair meso therapy which would help you to maintain your hair growth You can consult me online for more details
Health Tips
Tips - Wash your hair thrice a week - Avoid oiling, rigorous massaging your scalp - Use wide toothed comb - Use a good leave on conditioner for detangling - Use good hair serum and hair supplements ( Consult me for more details) - Take high protein diet and iron rich food
