Hairfall- No proper diagnosis yet
I have been suffering from hair fall for 7 yrs i am 25 Ur old female. i got my t3 t4 tsh tested they are normal but my vitamin b12 is 204 of/ml. I still do not know reasons of my hair fall. No one in my family is bald. I have gone under prp mesotherapy. Please let me know what is my problem and how should i proceed with it.
