Hairloss from side of head

I'm losing hair from past 3 years. Now I find that there is some gap in sides of head so I'm losing hair from side of head I'm 23 years old what can I do for that and having dry rough hair some dandruff but I'm using ketonozle for dandruff so tell how can stop this hairloss I attach pics of my side head
