My hand shivers all the time,it shivers whenever i hold something,is it due to some disease or some disorder ?

This is called "Benign Physiological Tremor" It reflects your anxiety & stress of your mind. Do pranayam, Yoga, Chanting etc. If not relieved get cosulted by Consultant Physician.
