Hands and feet Shivering
I am 37 years old single person, since last few weeks I am noticing that my hands and feet including joints are shivering every moment day after day and I'm getting nervous and once I'm nervous it's affecting more and I can't overcome. I don't understand the reason as is it a psychological issue or anything else.
Kindly advise what to do.
