Hard lumpy tender mass under my chin/jaw
Ive had strange symptoms. Constantly itching, needing to clear my throat all the time, a very slight change in my voice, a funny pressure feeling when I swallow. Last few months Ive woken up in the middle of the night wet from head to toe, like I’d showered. Lastnight I was washing my face, as I ran my hands down my face, over my chin&then under my chin/jaw bone I felt a lump on the right side, which is large, hard, tender&lumpy, the left side is smooth&normal? Can u tell me what it could be??

You need to visit an ENT doctor.
You could be having laryngo-pharyngeal reflux.
Would recommend a thorough ENT examination for you.
