Hardnesss near upper breast area

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have some hardness near the upper breast. I had some kind of fat in left armpit which I had developed durong my pregnancy 1 yr ago. Since then it remains the same, its like a soft portion under arm. Now i see some hardness n pain in upper breast of same area. The ultrasound reports show diffused lipomatosis. I jave recently stopped breastfeeding
