Has got huge fever
Body has got huge temperature. Since night I am feeling very much high in temperature. All of sudden body feels weak.

Hi,
Depending on duration of fever and other associated symptoms like chills and rigors, bodyache, joint pain, cough etc may give a better idea of its cause. Accordingly may advice you regarding any investigations if needed and specific management.
General advice would be to take Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily. Drink plenty of fluids ORS to keep yourself hydrated.
