Have numbness in hand in the morning

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am having numbness on both of my hand its happen mostly in the early morning during sleeping I have gone through sugar test which is normal my thyroid is 8 and vitamin b 12 is 270 So would be the be problem M suffering with this from last 6 months Plz help me
