Haven't started my periods yet
I am a fat girl ...and I am 19 years old ...I haven't started my periods yet ... never visited any gynaecologist...I am scared what could be the possibilities...is it because of my fat ?or any other reason

You have to go to a Gynaecologist. In fact you should have consulted a Gynaecologist 5 years ago. One thing which must be diagnosed in time is whether you have any structural abnormality of your genital organs. If such a problem is there and not treated in time, it may lead to permanent damage to your organs.

I suggest you should take an urgent opinion from a Gynaecologist as it needs a detailed evaluation.Fat is not a major contributor as you are already 19year

19 yrs and dint have your periods- its not normal. Its better you meet your local obgyn and get evaluated for any issues.
