I had my cesarian delivery in Nov 19. Today onwards i am having back pain which is similar to th pain post surgery.
Is some thing wrong? I have been driving car and doing sitting work after 20 days of my surgery.

You have to use LSCS belt
Back strengthening exercises ,put pillow while sitting.
Hip strengthening exercise ,walk for 10 min slowly.
Breathing exercises , shoulder exercise
Manual therapy+electro therapy is recommended for ,10 days
Turn and then get down from bed
Hi, I suppose u had used LSCS Belt for 6 months n u had done some basic exs too. But I would suggest u to approach a physio nearby, as u might not b having good core n back muscles.

maintain you proper posture while sitting and do not sit for prolonged time.
apply diclofenac and hot water fermentation twice a day at home will be helpfull.
If possible take ultrasound therapy for a week or 10 days.

If you are a feeding mother then stop feeding .
You can take calcium tables with your gynecologist priscription. Gynecologist will help you with your calcium level.
Do not sitt for long time. Do hot or ice fermentation.
Do basic back exercise.

Do not bend your back to lift some object from the surface bend your knee and then back then lift the object , this will not put pressure directly on your back.
