Having Back pain
She is having back pain for last 1 month. But it is not continuous. Sometimes its not there but when she is busy a lot in house work, it comes back. Any solution?

Greetings,  back pain a common issues nowadays.  Not a medical condition to be worried anymore.  Do hamstring stretching and ice the area of pain for 5 minutes.  These will kill back pain instantly.

Back Pain is due to Muscular Weakness of back Supporting our spine. She can do some Stretching & Strengthening Exercises of back to remain Healthy. It may Require Consultation with a Physiotherapist for Proper Exercise Program and Better Results.
Next Steps
Avoid Long Standing & Forward Banding. Use of Analgesic Gel will Relieve Some Pain. Heating Pad can also be used for pain Relief.

firstly, you need to know your working posture whether it is appropriate or not. Try to start your day with stretchings and back exercises which will strengthen your back. 1. lie down on your back, bend your knees and turn right and left with face to opposite side. 2. in cat and camel position, lift your one hand and opposite leg and hold for 5 sec. repeat with opposite hand and leg.
