I have been having sort muscle type of pain on my left side of my chest and little on left shoulder during tightning i feel pain in my left part of my chest and its been 3 months i am having this. I do exercise and all i didnt feel any unease during that.
And i have tested my ecg and blood report which is normal.

It seems to be small issue, but your history is making this complicated, when you tight those muscles its giving you pain, but you can perform exercises that's indicating that it may be related with your left shoulder resting position, and muscles involvement, go to Physiotherapist

Start with breathing exercises and thoracic expansion exercises which you can easily perform at home. But for future therapy plz do visit a nearby clinic where the pain can be relived.

If left is your non dominant shoulder then the amount of gadget use or activities that require support or holding can be contributing to the stiffness of the muscles in front and back of shoulder. When you stretch such muscles they give pain.
