Having fever for 3 days
I got fever Wednesday night, so I consulted a doctor he noted my temperature it was 100, so he has given me tablets- Sinarest Ziffi200 Next day no effect tempature was 101, so again went, so he has given me tablet:- Combiflam Sinarest Ziffi200 Third day also same tempature 101, so he told me to continue same course for 3 more days. Can you please suggest me which tablets combination I should take as I am having fever and headache but I am not feeling cold?
