Having knob in neck
I am having knob in my neck, I have taken a course of antibiotics for three days but no relief, it's not panic but I feel pinching due to knob. I am addicted of tobacco.

Though your question is not very clear I think you are having cervical lymphadenitis which is usually secondary to throat infection. You need to continue antibiotics and consult a specialist to confirm the diagnosis
