Having pain in stomach
From past 2 days i m having discentry and vomiting feelings amd whatever i eat.. I peed after few minutes... I got some sounds on stomach... What tablet is hould take now... I m having stomach pain now... Can anyone help..?

Pls see a doctor..you have stomach infection and need to take antibiotics..you will get only with doctor prescription
