He is feeling acute pain.
He is feeling accute pain in his lower abdomen during urination. Get operated for proximal panile hypospedia 4 year back, also treatment is going on from endocrinology department but there is no any medications now from last one year only follow up review in every six months. What can be the possible cause of this pain. Please suggest.

Many patients of proximal penile hypospadias ,have utriculus masculinus,a pouch like thing ,which collects urine n causes urinary infections post repair ...what is the age of patient?
