Head ache fever swelling + pain in joint

Asked for Female, 53 Years

Hello My mother is suffering from fever due to joint pain... There is selling around the joints...and she also has a headache... She took cefixime 200, wikoryl and crocin advance.. She took this last evening and the fever subsided... But from morning all the symptoms have relapsed Could u plz suggest a medicine ! Thank you
