Head injury
Hi Dr,
10 days before I slipped and fell down and had injury to back side of head and blood came. Shown to local doctor in the town he gave TT and sepctic injection and cream for wound and swelling was there from day1 and reduced and even wound has been cured. Last 6 days I dint had any pain except when we touch the wound. But from past 2 days my neck and above( back side of head) having pain it is moderate. Can anyone suggest do need any scanning to see any damage to nerves or clot in head.
