My son 1 year old fell off the chair and im worrying about him , what are the signs of a head injury ? can i take after a week to know that he has an injury ?

The 3 main signs are:
1.Altered behavior or consciousness level.
2.Persistent vomiting.
3.Seizures.
These can happen up-to 72 hours in young children and elderly people.
